The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of management skills of bank branch managers on the attraction of financial resources. The study population was Iran’s Maskan Bank and using Cochran Formula, 110 bank branches managers were selected as sample. The period of this study was last quarter of 2014. The required data were gathered through questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha were used for assessing validity and reliability of questionnaire. In this research, the dependent variable is attracting financial resources and the independent variable is management skills (technical skills, human skills and cognitive skills). Structural equation modeling, one-sample t test and Lisrel software were used to test hypotheses. According to the research findings, all dimensions of management skills have meaningful and positive impact on attracting financial resources in Maskan bank. The research findings show human skills have first rank, cognitive skills have second rank and technical skills have third rank respectively.
