This paper comments on the recently published article entitled “Time-Domain Modeling of Grounding Systems’ Impulse Response Incorporating Nonlinear and Frequency-Dependent Aspects.” Some formulas used for time-domain simulation of grounding system behavior subjected to lightning in the referred paper are discussed. Afterward, some corrections made to the formulas are presented
