Herein, the genus Digamasellus Berlese, 1905 is reported for the first time from Iran on the basis of a newly collected specimen of D. punctum (Berlese, 1904) from cow manure in Kermanshah Province, Western Iran. A complementary description of adult female of the species is presented based on a single collected specimen to present additional information about the species. Also, a key to the world species of the genus is presented.
