In present paper a two dimensional incompressible Newtonian fluid flow over a 2D flat plate and a stationary circular cylinder is simulated by Random Vortex Method (RVM). No-slip condition is satisfied and boundary layer thickness over the flat plate is compared with Blasius boundary layer. The velocity along the wake line behind the cylinder is compared with experimental data. Finally the bubble trajectory inside the boundary layer of flat plate and wake flow behind the cylinder is computed but the results of this part are verified by neither experimental data nor numerical results of other researchers because these results are very scarce.
