In present study a model of bubble interaction based on the physical observations of the zero-shear-stress and no separation on the surface of gaseous clean bubble is introduced. The potential theory is employed to derive the model. This theory can be used easily in 2D and also 3D axial symmetry analyses. Also the rotation of bubble in non uniform flow is modeled by generating a vortex blob. This model explains that the bubbles near the solid boundaries generate more vorticity than when they are far from the wall.
