In this study, fluid flow over a 2D cylinder is modeled by RVM and the results of Strouhal number and velocity on the wake flow behind the cylinder are verified by experimental data. The dynamics of micro bubble incorporates the drag, lift, added mass, pressure gradient, the effect of wall and buoyancy forces. Basset force is neglected. The reaction of these forces by the third low of Newton will act on the fluid equally but in the opposite direction. This reaction will result in some changes in fluid properties like vorticity distribution. In present research the authors are in pursuit of modeling these changes (interaction). For this purpose the model of bubble interaction that includes the effects of other bubbles and fluid flow is introduced. In this model two vortex blobs with equal and opposite circulations as the effect of interaction are added to the flow field. This model is verified qualitatively for the trajectory of a bubble in still fluid near a vertical wall. Drag reduction by micro bubble is a new method that is the final ambition of this research.
