We introduce a generalization of classical concept of numerical range of an operator from $X$ into $X$ to the numerical range of an operator $T$ from $X$ into $Y$ with respect to a fixed norm-one operator $G$ from $X$ into $Y$ and we provide the corresponding definition of numerical radius and numerical index with respect to G
