A two dimensional adaptive mesh is constructed and applied to the collocation meshless method. The meshless type methods use some scattered points and employ some special class of functions known as radial basis functions (RBFs). The RBF interpolation often suffer from ill-conditioning which is sensetive to the size of the underlying proplem.
