This paper presents a multiband miniaturized flexible frequency selective surface (FSS) with a high angularity. The proposed single-layer FSS tessellates with subwavelength hexagonal unit cells using miniaturized meandered arms with inclination angle of 120°. Results exhibit four frequency bands of 2.6-4.45 GHz (52.5%), 5.25-5.65 GHz (7.4%), 6.55-6.85 GHz (4.5%), and 7.8-8.05 GHz (3.3%). The designed FSS shows a low transmission loss at the pass bands, a low substrate thickness, and a stable angular response. At the conference, details of the design steps, circuit mode analysis, and performances for different radii of curvatures will be introduced.
