In this paper, by using the concept of the conditional possibilities, we construct a new measure for analyzing of ordered data. This measure is more reasonable than the classical mean, and get meaningful result, because, in the definition of this measure, we consider the natures of randomness and incompleteness information of these data. Furthermore, when the classical mean gets similar results for different sets of data, this measure will give different results corresponding to them
