Diet is regarded as the most important criterion that could affect growth and quality of rotifers (Oie et al. 1994; Lubzens 1987). The impact of salinity on the reproduction and fecundity rate of rotifer has been reported earlier (Lubzens, 1987; Manuel and Serra, 1989). In this study the effect of changing in food-sort and environmental, salinity, condition was surveyed on two aquaculture species of rotifers.
