In the last three decades city population has increased to such an extent and urban living has become so complicated, that another approach is needed for the revitalization and renovation and reform of the cities. In this case Urban Design as a field of study is going to involve with other issues: social science, planning, architecture and landscape…With regard to this issue, the main aim of this project was therefore to collect some information from literature in order to find out the new approach of urban design. It was find out that the urban design is an interdisciplinary field of study, which must be involved with the social and psychological sciences in order to design urban spaces. This study recommends that it is necessary to do a lot of research about the subject.
