This research was conducted to study the effects of bulb planting method (BPM) on vegetative and reproductive characteristics of tuberose (Plolianthes tuberosa L.). The experiment was performed in a complete randomized block design with two treatments (BPM, vertical vs. horizontal) and 4 replications. Results indicated that BPM significantly affected the number of leaves, flowering stem height, floret number, fresh and dry weight of flowering stem, quality index and bulblet number. However, BPM treatment did not show any significant differences regard to flowering stem diameter and mother bulb and bulblet weight.
