In additio, supervisors, traditionality significantly mitigates the effects of outsiders active socialization behavior on thrir preceived insiderposition,task performance and social integration. Specifically,the effects of active socialization behavior onoutsiders effects become weaker as supervisors, traditionality increases. These results suggest the supervisors, traditionality can be a potential constraint for active Iranian outsiders form gaining insider positionand appropriate socialization effects.
