Tourism industry has been an important contributor to the Malaysian economy. The Malaysia is one of the most important tourist destinations in the Asia and the Pacific region. The purpose of this study is to recognize and measure the impact of the main determinants of the international tourism flows to Malaysia. The estimated coefficient for the lagged dependent variable could be the importance of consumer constancy to the destination. The annual panel data set includes the number of arrivals from the 15 most important generating countries during the period 1995–2005, and a number of possible explanatory variables.
