The present study was aimed at achieving a better understanding about fermentation condition by Saccharomyces cerevisiae with cane molasses for bioethanol production. The biosynthesis of ethanol was conducted via S. cerevisiae from cane molasses at pH 4.5 and 30ıC. The fermentation was carried out in triplicate with various feed concentrations of molasses for S. cerevisiae in a batch bioreactor. S. cerevisiae produced ethanol at 9:3˙1:8 g/l with a biomass yield of 0.57 g/g after 36 h. The kinetic of growth dependence on molasses was represented by Andrew equation to predict the inhibition constant in the cultures media.
