In this paper, we study a notion of left biflatness with respect to a multiplicative linear functional on Banach algebra A. We give a condition which shows the relation between left ϕ-biflatness and left ϕ-amenability. Segal algebras, Lebesgue-Fourier algebras and some certain semigroup algebras characterized with respect to the concept of left phi-biflatness.
