Abstract

Biofertilizers are applied as fungicide and enhancing and improving growth factors, soil structure and product quality. In this study to investigate the effects of biofertilizers of trichodermin b (containing the fungus Trichoderma harzianum Rifai) and subtilin (containing the bacteria Bacillus subtilis) on the yield and in the supression of fusarium wilt in chickpea, an experiment was carried out in the agricultural faculty of Kurdistan University at Sanandaj. The effects of chickpea cultivars were surveyed in three levels (Bivinich,Piroz and ILC-482) and biofertilizers in eight levels as control, disinfection with Benomyl, treatment with subtilin and trichodermin b as 5 and 10 per thousand separately and combined subtilin and trichodermin b as 5 and 10 per thousand. Field experiment was designed as factorial in a randomized complete block. Evaluated factors including reduction of disease rate, seed weight and seed yield were studied. The results showed that biofertilizers were reduced fusarium wilt of chickpea than control. Among cultivars, the lowest and the highest incidence of the disease were observed in Bivinich and Piroz cultivars. The effect of biofertilizers on the yield of chickpea was increased in mostly treatments than control. According to the results of this research can be stated that using biofertelizers containing Trichoderma and Bacillus can reduce fusarium wilt and improve seed yield in chickpea plant.
