Abstract
|
The design of multicomponent reaction (MCR) is an important field of research in combinatorial chemistry [i]. Because they are one pot reactions, generally MCRS afford good yields and ready operations and are fundamentally different from tow-component reactions in several aspects [2]. Therefore, great efforts have been and still are being made to fined and develop new multicomponent reactions [3]. The chemistry of poly functionalized 4H-pyranes is an ongoing area of interest because of their wide range of applications [4]. We previously reported [5] the synthesis of fused 2amino-4H-pyrane derivatives from the reaction of alkylisocyanides with acetylenic esters in the presence of cyclic i, 3diketones.
